Amphisbaena Art PrintThis attractive reproduction of a vintage natural history print depicts an amphisbaenid known as the double-walker. The original art was from Cuvier's The Animal Kingdom (1837 edition). Cuvier labeled this Amphisbaena fulginosa, but in fact, the reptile pictured is Amphisbaena alba, which was earlier described by Linnaeus. Available from ImageKind (Amphisbaena) in a variety of print sizes, as well as in a greeting card format. |
